The Breton Apartments now stands proud, delivering over a hundred units of below-market-rate housing strategically located near the Pittsburg Bay Point BART Station.

Developed by the Los Angeles-based Meta Housing Corporation, this project seeks to address urgent housing needs within the community by offering a variety of apartments designed for families. Out of the total units, there are 15 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom, 36 three-bedroom, and 34 four-bedroom apartments aimed at families earning between 30% and 70% of the area’s median income.

The architectural firm Dahlin Group has given the Breton Apartments a contemporary aesthetic, with thoughtful design elements that enhance both function and form.
